iSynergy Sdn Bhd  is a subsidiary of Advance Synergy Berhad, a public listed investment holdings conglomerate with diversified business interests, and a joint venture company of InterPay International Group, a group which specialises in the development, franchise and management of payment and loyalty products and services.

Incorporated in 1995, the company is managed by a team of experts who have an aggregate of 100 years of experience in the payment and loyalty industries.

Invested in a multi-million dollar system bought from various vendors around the world, the company specializes in the business of payment and loyalty products and services, providing and developing the most comprehensive and sought after array of value added, technologically advanced payment and loyalty related products and services in Malaysia.

Included within its scope of businesses is the issuing of payment cards, discount cards, reward cards, rebate cards and other loyalty cards.

The company also offers local proprietary card services, working with retail companies and corporate institutions respectively, either as a provider of processing services or as a joint issuer.

Another principal business activity of the company includes setting up a large network of establishments to participate in card acceptance of brands established by the company or franchised to the company by other corporations.

Just over a year after incorporation, having fine-tuned the multi-million dollar system developed and tested for various card products, iSynergy Sdn Bhd launched the iSynergy MasterCard Cards with several co-branding partners.

Besides the iSynergy MasterCard Cards, the company also launched Gateway Discount Cards and  Cash-In Rebate Cards.

On October 1, 1997, Rewardstreet.com Sdn Bhd. (formerly known as Loyalty Card Services Sdn Bhd) and wholly owned by iSynergy, launched the world's first Cash-In Rebate Card. The card has subsequently been co-issued with organizations such as Nanyang Siang Pau, e-cosway, Jemeh Insurance, Koperasi Serbaguna Anak-anak Selangor Berhad (KOSAS). Card members are rewarded with rebates granted by paticipating Cash-In Rebate Card Merchants nationwide.

In March 22, 2003 iSynergy Sdn Bhd relaunched its medical payment card, Alpha Medi-Charge Card. This Card allows the cardholder charge cashless convenience at Alpha Medi-Charge Card participating Clinics nationwide. When the Cards are issued to employees of companies, it is also a management tool for companies to manage their medical expenses more effectively.

In June 30, 2003, the Company launched the Virtual MasterCard for its MasterCard Cardholders to make payment for their Internet/mail/telephone order purchases, providing security for making such purchases while enjoying the convenience.

In April 2004, iSynergy launched the SMS QuickPay/SMS Auction Service whereby all MasterCard  Cardholders in Malaysia can pay for their purchases and services with their MasterCard via SMS, without having to be present at the merchants.

In its mission to provide consumers with choice, convenience, quality service and value for money, the company is continuously looking at ways to develop card products to suit the needs and requirements of consumers at all levels of society.
